1. Program Description
Mission Auto Transport Inc ("Mission", "we", "us") operates an SMS messaging program that sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have requested a quote or booked a vehicle shipment. Messages relate to your auto-transport quote and order — including quote follow-ups, pickup and delivery scheduling, status updates, and two-way conversations with our dispatch team.
2. How You Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the SMS consent box on our online quote request form at missionautotransport.com and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can receive a quote and book a shipment without agreeing to SMS. By opting in, you confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number provided and authorized to give consent.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the status of your quote and shipment. You may receive messages when you request a quote, when your shipment is scheduled or dispatched, and in response to messages you send us.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to any messages you send or receive. Mission does not charge for the SMS program itself. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
5. Opt Out — Reply STOP
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting us at 754-222-1546 or info@missionautotransport.com.

7. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. We collect your name, email, phone number, and shipment details to provide quotes and arrange transport. Mobile information (your phone number and SMS consent) is used solely to deliver the messages described above. We do NOT sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in data or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Information may be shared with the FMCSA-licensed carrier assigned to your shipment strictly to fulfill your order, and with service providers who help us operate the messaging program. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
8. Supported Carriers
The SMS program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
